Model 1 Double 8

The Model 1 is one of the best all around bucktails you can have in your arsenal and a producer all season long. Slightly larger blades than other size 8's on the market, these lures allow you to present the lure in many different ways, from slow rolling to burning. As with all of our lures, it all starts with the stainless steel 270lb flexible wire. Highly durable and dependable but also easy to cast, no stall in the figure 8's, and better hook percentage. Each one has all brass weights that are balanced across the lure, high quality beads and components, and a single Mustad 6/0 that is shrinktubed to prevent tangles with the skirt. Each skirt is 800 strands or greater of material, bound to a body with three cable ties for maximum life span. Cemented to that body, double coated on top for skirts that last for dozens if not hundreds of fish. The Model 1 is a must have. Each lure is 9.5" long at 2oz.
